Most frequently mentioned changes include:
- Amendments to the Labour Code (2023–2025)
- “Flexinovela” – new flexibility legislation (6/2025)
- Home office allowances, updates to bonuses and vacation rules
- Process digitalization (social security, health insurance, ministries, courts)
- Recordkeeping and reporting for short-term contracts (DPP, DPČ)
